Legal basis
In accordance with Art. 13 DSGVO, I inform you of the legal basis for data processing. If the legal basis is not stated in the data protection declaration, the following legal bases apply:

for processing for the fulfilment of services and implementation of contractual measures as well as answering enquiries Art. 6 para. 1 letter b DSGVO,

processing for the protection of legitimate interests Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and in the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person make processing of personal data necessary Art. 6 (1) (d) DSGVO.
Security measures
In accordance with Art. 32 DSGVO, I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk, taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation and the nature, scope, circumstances and purposes of the processing, as well as the varying likelihood and severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons.
The measures include, in particular, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data by controlling physical access to the data, as well as access to, input, disclosure, ensuring availability and segregation of the data. Furthermore, I have established procedures to ensure the exercise of data subjects' rights, deletion of data and response to compromise of data. Furthermore, I already take the protection of personal data into account in the development and selection of hardware, software and procedures, in accordance with the principle of data protection through technology design and through data protection-friendly default settings (Article 25 of the GDPR).
Cooperation with processors and third parties
If, in the course of processing, I disclose data to other persons and companies (processors or third parties), transfer it to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only be done on the basis of legal permission, e.g. if a transfer of the data to third parties, such as payment service providers, is necessary for the performance of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) letter b DSGVO, you have consented, a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. when using agents, web hosts, etc.).
If I commission third parties to process data on the basis of a so-called "order processing agreement", this is done on the basis of Art. 28 DSGVO.
Rights of the data subjects
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether data in question is being processed and to information about this data as well as further information and a copy of the data in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO.
You have the right, in accordance with Art. 17 of the GDPR, to request that data in question be deleted without delay or to request restriction of the processing of the data in accordance with Art. 18 of the GDPR.
You have the right to request that the data concerning you that you have provided to us be received in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR and to request that it be transferred to other data controllers.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke your consent in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO with effect for the future.
Deletion of data
The data processed by me will be deleted or restricted in its processing in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 DSGVO. Unless expressly stated within the scope of this data protection declaration, the data stored by me will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations. If the data is not deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted, i.e. the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for reasons of commercial or tax law.

Coaching
I process the data of my clients, interested parties and other contractual partners (uniformly referred to as "clients") in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b DSGVO in order to provide them with my contractual services. The data processed in this context, the type, scope and purpose and the necessity of their processing are determined by the underlying contractual relationship. The processed data basically includes inventory and master data of the clients (e.g. name, address), as well as contact data (e.g. e-mail address, telephone), contract data (e.g. services used, fees, names of contact persons) and payment data (e.g. bank details, payment history).
Within the scope of my services, I may also process special categories of data pursuant to Art. 9 (1) DSGVO, in particular information on the health of clients, possibly with reference to their sexual life or sexual orientation, ethnic origin or religious or ideological beliefs. For this purpose, I obtain the explicit consent of the clients, if necessary according to Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a, Art. 7, Art. 9 Para. 2 Letter a DSGVO and otherwise process the special categories of data for health care purposes on the basis of Art. 9 Para. 2 Letter h DSGVO, § 22 Para. 1 No. 1 Letter b BDSG.
If necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or required by law, I disclose or transfer the client's data in the context of communication with other professionals, third parties involved in the fulfilment of the contract as necessary or typical, such as billing offices or comparable service providers, insofar as this serves the provision of my services pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b DSGVO, is required by law pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 letter c DSGVO, serves my interests or those of the clients in efficient and cost-effective healthcare as a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 letter f DSGVO or is necessary according to Art. 6 Para. 1 letter d DSGVO to protect vital interests of the clients or another natural person or in the context of consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 letter a, Art. 7 DSGVO.
The deletion of the data takes place when the data is no longer required for the fulfilment of contractual or legal duties of care as well as dealing with any warranty and comparable obligations, whereby the necessity of the retention of the data is reviewed every three years; in all other respects, the legal retention obligations apply.
Administration, financial accounting, office organisation, contact management
I process data within the scope of administrative tasks as well as organisation of our business, financial accounting and compliance with legal obligations, such as archiving. In doing so, I process the same data that I process in the context of providing my contractual services. The processing bases are Art. 6 para. 1 letter c DSGVO and Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO. Customers, interested parties, business partners and website visitors are affected by the processing. The purpose and my interest in the processing lies in the administration, financial accounting, office organisation and archiving of data, i.e. tasks that serve the maintenance of my business activities, the performance of my tasks and the provision of my services. The deletion of data with regard to contractual services and contractual communication corresponds to the disclosures mentioned in these processing activities.
I disclose or transfer data to the tax authorities, advisors such as tax advisors or auditors as well as other fee offices and payment service providers.
Furthermore, I store information on suppliers, organisers and other business partners on the basis of my business interests, e.g. for the purpose of contacting them later. I store this data, most of which is company-related, permanently.
Contact
When contacting me (via contact form, email, telephone or social media), the user's details are processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b DSGVO. I delete the requests if they are no longer necessary. I review the necessity every two years, otherwise the legal archiving obligations apply.
Hosting and e-mail dispatch
The hosting services I use serve to provide the following services: Infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, e-mail dispatch, security services and technical maintenance services, which I use for the purpose of operating this online offer.
In doing so, I or my hosting provider process inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta data and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors of this online offer on the basis of my legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of this online offer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO in conjunction with Art. 28 DSGVO.
Collection of access data and log files
I or my hosting provider collects data about every access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files) on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter f DSGVO. The access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
Online presence in social media
I maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to be able to inform them about my services there. When calling up the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and data processing guidelines of their respective operators apply.
Unless otherwise stated in our privacy policy, I process the data of users if they communicate with me within the social networks and platforms, e.g. write posts on my online presences or send me messages.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
